Toronto is always looking for input from us, the public, about what they should be doing now, and in the future. From planning approvals for specific projects, to budget dilemmas, to road redesigns, the city's public consultation process is the most efficient way to turn your time into real changes.

Residents Associations represent the residents, which means you. They have a lot of influence in municipal politics. A Residents Association with Strong Towns ideas can be an incredible agent for good change.
Check the TANGO map to find which association covers your area. If you're not covered... you could start your own!
Join your residents association
There are also lots of other local organizations, some of which are also on the TANGO map. Tenants unions, advocates for improving a specific street, and other types of community groups. There are lots of ways for you to step up and make a difference in your community.
